South Texas Supply Chain Needs Assessment

In the past year we have partnered with the Wilson Center Mexico Institute to organize a needs assessment for the Texas and Mexico ports. Our purpose of the assessment was to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that South Texas's private industry faced in relation to critical infrastructure protection.

The assessment included an online survey as well as feedback received from three separate community roundtables sponsored by IHS throughout the region:

Eagle Pass

Weslaco

Laredo

In addition to evaluating key supply chain needs, the results were also meant to inform policy and strengthen opportunities for a more resilient South Texas supply chain. We intend to share this assessment and related outcomes on the issues during our sponsored webinar, please register below.
