Scott Lynn is a Project Manager at Sam Houston State University’s Institute for Homeland Security. Scott earned BAs in Environmental Studies (focus on energy) and Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree at Arizona State University (solar energy). He is based in Ventura, California.

Scott’s career has been exclusively in private sector manufacturing, with roles in applications engineering, project engineering, project management, product development, technical sales, sales management and business development. He has worked on plant floors with domestic and international clients in every major manufacturing sector, helping them improve their manufacturing efficiency, automation, energy conservation and supply chains.
